"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Parker Hall has been amazing for me and my family They actually take the time to get to know you and give you a clear, thorough understanding of all your policies/coverages, completely customized to your needs at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. When my wife and I switched to our bill went down by over $150 with BETTER coverages and even added on home and health! Huge shoutout to Roman especially—He makes us feel just as if we were his family. I know I can call him anytime, and he’ll do everything he can to help and steer us in the right direction. I no longer dread dealing with insurance companies, feel like an inconvenience, or even feel worried to use my coverages if need be. THIS is how insurance companies should work! My mom locked her keys in her car about a month ago and not only did they have help within 30 minutes of her calling, but also called to check on her and followed up a few days later! This is how I know we may the right decision and will not leave"
